DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes, we do. Any deliveries outside the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland are subject to a £10 delivery charge. Please see our Delivery Information page for further information.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
​
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express and we also accept PayPal. We don't charge a surchage for paying with a credit card and all card details are securely processed and no details are kept on our website or servers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. From date of dispatch, it will take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive for deliveries in the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Time scales will vary for International deliveries depending on destination country. Please see our Delivery Information page for further information.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I'M NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED?

Yes, of course. You can return your item(s) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please see our Refund & Exchange page for further information.

I LIKE A FABRIC BUT I WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes it is. We're more than happy to tailor-make a product for you. Please contact us and we can then discuss the different options.

I HAVE A PATTERN OR FABRIC THAT I LIKE BUT I CAN'T SEE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE. ARE YOU ABLE TO SOURCE IT FOR ME AND MAKE A CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT?

I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
In the unlikely event that you haven't received your item(s) after 10 working days, please contact us and we will investigate. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours with a reply. If the item is lost in transit, we will send out a replacement by Express delivery or offer a full refund.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Most companies that we use for our deliveries use a tracking service on their website. You will be provided with a tracking number in your dispatch email enabling you to track your parcel.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SHOPS?
​
No. At the moment we're an online only retailer. However, we regularly attend markets and fairs (usually in the Greater London area) where we showcase our products. Please check our website regularly in order to find out where we'll be next or sign up to our newsletter for the latest news and events.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND CARD DETAILS AFTER ORDERING?

We only collect your details in order to process your order. We don't store your details anywhere unless you've given us permission to do so. Your card details are securely processed using Stripe and no details are kept on our website, databases or servers. We NEVER pass your details on to any third parties.
